Initial Order
Proforma Invoice or C.O.D.
Payments made by Cheque should be made out to Toukay's Pty Limited
Direct Deposit to Toukays Pty Limited Bank
Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard.
Payment must be made prior to dispatch of goods.
Minimum initial order value $200+GST & Freight
Approval of Account Facilities is at the discretion of Toukay' Pty Limited and upon completion of Toukay's Pty limited Account Application form.
Terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
All goods remain the property of Toukay's Pty Limited until payment is received in full.
Accounts that remain overdue for more than 30 days will attract a fee not in excess of the Bank prime interest rates.
Delivery of Orders
Unless otherwise specified goods will be delivered by Toll-Ipec or Australia Post and a delivery charge will be levied. Charges will vary dependent upon your location and the size and weight of your order.
Faulty Goods
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation.
Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Goods may only be returned by a carrier approved by us.
